Rogi Pierogi

Ken and I made 26 dozen pierogi's yesterday. I thought my feet were going to fall off from standing in the kitchen ALL afternoon and night.

We did a little experimenting though, and along with our normal potato/cheese/onion pierogi, we made a similar one with bacon (a "loaded" pierogi!) and a breakfast one with scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage. The loaded pierogi's were awesome, we tried them out for dinner tonight (we had to, afterall, Ava was screaming that she wanted to eat some rogi's!) and tomorrow morning we will try the breakfast ones.

We already have a few new ones we'd like to experiment with next time, though I am not sure when my feet will be ready for that :) Not like we NEED to do it soon though, our freezer is full!
