Today its all about me and my little man. Daddy's at work, Joey's at school, Ava's at Grandma's, and Jake's sitting on my back in his big boy undies as I type this. We're dedicating this unusual day of being home together, alone, to potty training. Man I hope he doesnt pee on my back.
We started the exciting day with a trip to Target to get a jumbo size bag of Dum Dums. This kid LOVES Dum Dums and is highly motivated by anything thats main ingredient is sugar... so we are going to use these as our potty treat. Yep. I am all about the bribes.
Jake has already been making great progress in going on the potty in the last few months, but we're having trouble with consistency. On my end and his. *sigh* I'm hoping today we might reach a turning point with that. I have no where I need to be, and nothing more important to do. And it seems between watching Sesame Street and coloring pictures, his schedule is pretty clear too. So here we go....
