Busy day....

The kids kept themselves pretty entertained today (though I am afraid to go down and see what kind of distaster they made out of the toy room!) and I was able to get all kinds of sewing projects done.

I had started the quilts about a month ago, and then tucked them safely in my closet to finish another day. Apparently, they were too safe in there, and I forgot about them! I finished the squares today, as well as the border and the backing. (The pink and brown one is from my previous post, but I wanted to post again to show what else I got done today!)

I also got 3 aprons done, I love the one with the turquoise band and bow! I didnt sew the bow on, so that the apron can be washed without worry of losing the bow shape...and then the bow can be clipped back on. ADORABLE!

Last, I made pajama pants for Ken. I made these without a pattern or instructions so I am especially proud :) They are not quite as "red" as they look in the picture, and are so cozy! Instead of buying cut fabric, I bought a fleece throw that was on clearance for $2 after Christmas and cut that.
